CDL Driver I

Role Overview

Delivers materials to job sites, inspects and maintains truck, reports shortages and claims to supervisor, and assists in loading and storing of materials.

What You Will Do

Operate safely, participate in a positive work environment, maintain a current Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License, prepare DOT required log of time on duty and driving, and deliver and unload materials to customers’ satisfaction.

Requires ability to do basic math, read orders, write instructions, and complete forms, as well as effectively and professionally communicate with customers, other employees, and supervisors.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 6 months CDL experience preferred
• Basic CDL experience with flat beds and/or tractor trailers required
• 1 year CDL experience required for interstate commerce
• Class A CDL License or Class B CDL License required
