Senior Manager, Strategic Customer Development

The Senior Manager, Strategic Customer Development will lead the Strategic Customer Development team in South Asia, driving revenue growth and increasing access to high-quality medicines through public standards and related programs.

Requirements

• Mentor/coach Strategic Customer Development staff on operationalization of USP sales approach and requirements
• Track and manage Salesforce utilization and adherence
• Analyze data, prepare reports on sales trends, and make recommendations on business impact and direction
• Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships and develop new potential customer relationships
• Collaborate with Scientific Affairs and other relevant functions to develop engagement strategies
• Actively manage distributors and develop account specific plans and performance targets
