Ultrasound Sonographer, PRN

UT Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a PRN Ultrasound Sonographer to perform ultrasound imaging exams, exam protocols, accreditation, operations, and equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate will have an Associate's Degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a graduate of an accredited Sonography Program, with licenses and certifications in ARDMS, RVT, and BLS. 2 years of experience in ultrasound is preferred.

• Maintains work area in a clean and orderly condition
• Ensures proper working order of equipment and notifies appropriate personnel for repairs
• Communicates problems on shift with equipment or pending exams with appropriate staff
• Participates in equitable distribution of departmental workloads
• Adheres to departmental time, attendance and tardiness guidelines
