Job Description
UW Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Specialist to perform dispensing and inventory control, provide customer service, maintain records, and contribute to team teamwork. The position involves a flexible schedule with both day and evening shifts, as well as potential rotation within weekends and holidays. The role emphasizes adaptability and attention to detail within a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Wisconsin Pharmacy Technician Registration upon Hire
- 6 months experience as a pharmacy technician or 12 months of pharmacy school completion.
- Must be licensed as a Wisconsin Pharmacy Technician
- Experience with sterile compounding or hazardous drug compounding preferred
