Role Overview

Provide an elite client experience by answering inbound calls promptly and accurately. Greet clients with poise, assist them in a timely manner, and understand their inquiries.

What You Will Do

Use initiative and independent judgment to obtain and give information, establish cooperative relationships with clients, and learn and apply information about clients and services.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Must be bilingual in Spanish, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working in a high-volume call center environment with frequent interruptions.

• Comfortable in a high volume call center environment (700-900 calls per day)
• Comfortable working on multiple computer screens and software systems in a fast-paced environment
