
Job description
Provide an elite client experience by answering inbound calls promptly and accurately. Greet clients with poise, assist them in a timely manner, and understand their inquiries.
Use initiative and independent judgment to obtain and give information, establish cooperative relationships with clients, and learn and apply information about clients and services.
Must be bilingual in Spanish, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working in a high-volume call center environment with frequent interruptions.
