ServiceNow Developer I

Role Overview

As a ServiceNow Developer I, you will administer, develop, document, and technically support the ServiceNow platform. You will have a solution-focused mindset and provide elite client service, training, and support to teammates and clients.

What You Will Do

Administration, development, documentation, and technical support of the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customization, and design of ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and CMDB modules.

Must have 4 years of experience supporting the ServiceNow platform, development experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and XML, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience supporting the ServiceNow platform
• Development experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and XML
• Understanding of key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions
• System/Process Automation (Orchestration) experience
• Experience creating custom Integration Hub Spokes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• BS or BA degree in computer science, or equivalent experience
