Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA strongly preferred; MBA a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep technical accounting expertise, including U.S. GAAP, audit management, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven experience leading external audits and managing compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to translate data into strategic insight.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Proficiency with accounting systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across executive and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience in hospitality, real estate, or vacation ownership is highly desirable.
