Supporting the transition to climate-friendly technologies and helping the climate with every individual system setting. As a customer service technician, you will represent the Vaillant brand at customers' locations, troubleshoot, and perform maintenance and repairs in the field of heating technology.

Requirements

• Completed training as a mechanical engineer (m/w/d) in the field of heat, gas and water installation, refrigeration and air conditioning, heating or electrical installation
• Several years of professional experience in the SHK sector and initial professional experience as a technician (m/w/d) in customer service
• Outstanding service orientation, sales-oriented thinking, and excellent communication skills in German
• Class B driving license and basic experience with computer handling
