Process Manufacturing Engineering Engineer

We are looking for a Process Manufacturing Engineering Engineer to join our team in Chennai. The successful candidate will be responsible for industrializing new products, improving production efficiency, and capitalizing on industrial processes. This is a permanent contract position, full time.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in industrialization, production efficiency, and process engineering
• Knowledge of industrial processes and equipment
• Ability to design and implement Lean design workshops
• Experience with IPROM, equipment development, and validation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
