We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Team Leader to lead a team of software engineers in the development of innovative solutions for our Comfort and Driving Assistance products, specifically within the BRAIN TOK6 project.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in embedded software development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or team lead role.
- Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming for embedded systems.
- In-depth understanding of real-time operating systems (RTOS) and embedded software architectures.
- Experience with automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, Ethernet) and diagnostics (UDS).
- Familiarity with automotive safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262) and functional safety concepts.
- Proven experience with software configuration management tools (e.g., Git) and issue tracking systems (e.g., Jira).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a technical team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to software development.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, and multicultural environment.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies is a plus.
