Preventive Maintenance Technician-2nd shift

Role Overview

Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for supporting the maintenance, repair, installation, and troubleshooting of plant equipment and facility systems.

What You Will Do

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on plant equipment, machinery, and facility systems. Diagnose, test, disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble production equipment and components.

Highly Qualified Candidates Will Also Possess These Qualifications: Previous experience in industrial maintenance or as an Industrial Mechanic. Experience working with pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to troubleshoot AC and DC electrical systems and circuits
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and safe work practices, including Lockout/Tagout procedures
• Basic shop math skills include multiplication, division, fractions, and decimal conversions
• Ability to safely use maintenance tools, test equipment, and material handling equipment
• Ability to obtain forklift and crane certifications through company-provided training programs
