We deliver Customer Experience (CX), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and Anything-as-a-Service (XaaS) cloud technology solutions across various industries. We're looking for a professional and customer-focused Contact Center Representative to join our team.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience. Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to supervisors when necessary.
Ideal candidates are highly motivated and dedicated, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities, and proficiency in using computers and CRM systems.
