Games Studio Director

Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced Games Studio Director to build and scale a high-performing iGaming studio from roadmap to release. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can balance strategy with execution.

What You Will Do

Own the 12-month and 24-month roadmap and quarterly release plan. Project-manage every game: kickoff, GDD sign-off, dev sprints, art delivery, audio delivery, internal QA, lab submission, ORYX integration, soft launch, live.

Why It Might Be a Fit

5+ years in iGaming, with at least 2 in a production, studio management, or product leadership role at a slots supplier or aggregator. Demonstrated experience shipping slot titles end-to-end, owning timelines, dependencies, and lab certification.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience shipping slot titles end-to-end, owning timelines, dependencies, and lab certification
• Hands-on producer skills: roadmap planning, milestone tracking, dependency management across math → backend → frontend → art → audio → QA → cert
• Awareness of B2B supplier licensing requirements
