Requirements
- Leading the team: Recruit, train, and mentor fellow associates
- Providing exceptional customer service: Actively walk the sales floor, help customers, and ensure the team is providing world-class service
- Managing store operations: Oversee daily operations, maintain product inventory, and ensure the store meets company merchandising standards
- Staying on top of trends: Keep up with DIY and home improvement trends to better serve customers
