The ideal candidate has a proven track record in closing new business in a B2B SaaS environment, strong commercial instincts, and excellent communication skills in both German and English.

• Proven track record in closing new business in a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to identify opportunities, navigate buying cycles, and create urgency
• Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders, especially in financial services
• Ownership mindset and ability to take initiative and hold oneself accountable for results
• Collaborative spirit and ability to work closely with SDRs, marketing, and customer success
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
