Account Executive - Virtual Data Rooms (LATAM)

Valutico is hiring an Account Executive to sell its Virtual Data Room platform, DoneDiligence, to M&A advisors, private equity, investment banks, and corporate development teams. The successful candidate will own the full sales cycle and contribute to refining the global go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
• 2+ years of experience selling VDRs, due diligence platforms, or M&A workflow software
• Existing network in the M&A advisor, private equity, investment banking, or corporate development communities
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to navigate long, structured sales cycles
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders such as Partners, Directors, Investment Professionals, or Corporate Development teams
