Internship: Campus Recruitment

As a Campus Recruitment Intern at Vanderlande, you will play an important role in attracting and engaging the next generation of talent. You will support the Campus Recruitment Team in strengthening our presence at universities and colleges, organizing inspiring events, and improving the way we connect with students.

Requirements

• Support the development and execution of our Campus Recruitment strategy.
• Organize internal and external events (inhouse days, excursions, career fairs, workshops).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and study associations.
• Screen student profiles and match them to suitable internships or graduation assignments.
• Collaborate with hiring teams and assist them in preparing and shaping meaningful student assignments.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects within the recruitment process and event strategy.
