Integrated Health Coach (Fluent in Spanish) - Philadelphia

Vanna Health is looking for an Integrated Health Coach to support individuals with serious mental illness in the Philadelphia community. The Coach will engage members, establish trusting relationships, and help them achieve recovery and self-determination goals.

Requirements

• Spanish fluency
• Over two years of experience working with people with serious mental illness diagnosis
• Experience working in and around the communities of Philadelphia
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
