EHS Manager

Role Overview

The EHS Manager leads all Environment, Health, and Safety activities at the site, ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate standards while fostering a strong culture of safety, environmental stewardship, and operational excellence.

What You Will Do

Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the site’s EHS management system, develop and execute strategic plans to achieve EHS goals, oversee incident investigations, and maintain regulatory permits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in EHS within a manufacturing or chemical environment
• Proven experience managing regulatory compliance programs (OSHA, EPA, hazardous waste, wastewater, etc.)
• Demonstrated success in developing and leading EHS teams or site-wide initiatives
