IT Systems Administrator, JMP

Role Overview

The IT Systems Administrator will support day-to-day IT operations at JFK Terminal 7, ensuring the stability and performance of key airport and corporate systems. This role serves as a liaison across internal teams and external partners, while delivering hands-on technical support and managing critical infrastructure.

What You Will Do

Provide technical support to internal company end users and stakeholders, troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, set up and maintain workstations, printers, and printing services, and provide support for various IT systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or associate degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the field
• 5+ years of experience supporting IT infrastructure in operations-critical environments
• Strong understanding of data and its role in driving operational effectiveness and informed decision-making
• Preferred knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and industry frameworks, such as NIST and ISO
• Preferred understanding of networking
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing IT projects
• Proven track record in vendor relationship management
• Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Prior experience in a help desk or IT support role
• IT administrator knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint administration
