NPI Engineering Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager (PM), NPI Engineering to oversee our New Product Introduction (NPI) programs in Durham, CT. This role will manage projects from concept to production, partner with internal and external teams, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Engineering or bachelor’s degree in a technical field
• 7+ years of work experience in similar technical roles
• Understanding and experience in precision progressive die stamping, coining, secondary tooling, CNC machining, and inspection
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Working knowledge of ISO and FDA regulations and GD&T
