Senior Program Manager, Talent Development

Vast is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Talent Development to build and scale manager and leader capability across the organization. The role will involve leading enterprise talent development programs, building manager and leader capability, and driving cross-functional alignment and execution.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, or related field
• 5+ years leading complex programs or initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience in instructional design, facilitation, and learning program execution
• Experience using data to evaluate program effectiveness and drive decisions
