As a strategic customer liaison for the Human Resources Division, this role involves providing business analysis, research, requirements development, and process improvement initiatives. The HRIS Analyst will also manage workforce planning, system administration, and project management for VDOT initiatives. This is a full-time, in-person position.

Requirements

• Ability to manage large data sets
• Knowledge of statistical methods, project management, and business process evaluation
• Knowledge of supervisory and human resources practices
• Skill in supervising staff and managing performance
• Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team
• Comfort using computers, software applications, databases, and web-based applications
• Knowledge of VDOT policies and procedures
