The Continuous Improvement Specialist will identify and implement process improvements to enhance operations and cost reduction, leading to lean opportunities and training team members.

Requirements

• Identify process improvement opportunities.
• Analyze company processes and procedures.
• Develop training materials for Lean processes.
• Plan, facilitate, and execute continuous improvement events.
• Work to continuously improve processes and transactional operations.
• Conduct detailed analysis of issues and potential solutions.
• Establish clear implementation plans.
• Evaluate and prioritize potential improvements.
