Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience, preferably within SaaS or technology environments.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex software solutions.
- Deep knowledge of software design patterns, scalable architecture, and cloud-native systems.
- Ability to drive AI adoption through hands-on implementation of AI-enhanced workflows, frameworks, or APIs.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion for mentoring and growing technical talent within a team.
- Demonstrated experience working with the Scrum framework and modern development methodologies.
