Leasing & Property Operations Training Manager

The Leasing & Property Operations Training Manager is responsible for driving performance improvement across Property Operations teams through training, coaching, and field reinforcement, with a focus on leasing, sales execution, and resident experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in training, coaching, or developing teams within a sales or customer-facing environment
• Proven ability to drive performance improvement through training, coaching, and behavior change
• Strong experience facilitating training sessions, workshops, and/or coaching individuals and teams
