Veolia is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the operational services of municipal waste management, ensuring exceptional service levels, customer satisfaction, and cost effectiveness. The role involves managing employee workforce, operational performance, and compliance with legislation and customer satisfaction levels.

Requirements

• IOSH certificate
• Municipal waste management experience - essential
• Experience of developing Health and Safety Policies and Procedures
• Strong communication skills with operatives, management and client team
• IT literate with experience of an operational management system
