As the Business Suite Product Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution for the Veracross Business Suite in Australia and New Zealand. You will work closely with Australian and New Zealand schools, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, user-centric financial solutions that meet the needs of school business offices in the ANZ region and beyond.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field; OR equivalent experience
- CPA (Certified Practising Accountant) or CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification preferred but NOT essential.
- Product management experience or equivalent, including at least 7+ years managing financial, accounting, or ERP products
- Hands-on experience with general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, or financial reporting platforms
- Strong understanding of the SaaS product development lifecycle
- Experience with ERP or financial systems (e.g., Xero, MYOB, Sage Intacct, NetSuite, Blackbaud, or similar platforms)
- Working knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards (AASB) and tax/regulatory requirements including GST and BAS
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
- Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable product outcomes
