
Job description
Responsible for managing and tracking the productivity of the account team and ensuring the health of the client's Accounts Receivable. Supports RCM Management by providing oversight and review of the team, processes, and workload.
Deliver timely required reports to RCM Management, interact with clients and their patients, engage in proactive resolution of issues, and meet regularly with staff to confirm the status of client accounts.
Requires strong customer service skills, ability to effectively use payer websites and Laserfiche, and experience with various billing systems. Preferred experience with MS Access and PowerPoint, Crystal reports, and accounting knowledge and skills.
