
Job description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will respond to incoming calls, follow up through emails, and provide excellent customer service to ensure our providers utilize our platform effectively.
Answer patient calls, troubleshoot and resolve complex billing related issues, document and manage customer interactions, and identify trends to improve systems and processes.
Strong customer service skills, creative problem-solving, and ability to work effectively under stressful conditions are required. The role offers opportunities for growth, autonomy, and impact.
