Our passion is glass - Our inspiration is you. Verallia is seeking a trainee Glassmaker for a period of 24 to 36 months in the Moulding Department at the Chalon-sur-Saône factory.

Requirements

• Read a mould plan
• Adjust the moulds and accessories on the machine tools
• Program the machine tool according to the mould shape
• Check the edges
• Repair moulds (grinding, welding,...)
• Use the appropriate tools to adjust (torch, pneumatic grinder,...)
• Demount and adjust the moulding on the bottle forming machines
• Use pallets for demounting/ remounting moulds
• Use the appropriate tools for production changes (keys, tamps, calipers,...)
• Respect all safety rules
