Job Description
Verantos is seeking a QA Manager with expertise in test automation and quality assurance to develop and implement quality strategies, lead a team, and ensure best testing practices while driving process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 4+ years in a managerial or lead role.
- Strong expertise in test automation frameworks (Cypress, Selenium, Cucumber, etc.).
- Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with other languages is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Deep understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
