
Job description
The Account Manager will be the liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions. The role is responsible for managing and developing client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationships.
Serve as the single point of contact for the client, manage client accounts, and meet day-to-day needs. Strengthen relations with key clients, establish client account plans, and implement quarterly business reviews.
The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering client-focused solutions, strong listening and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
