
Job description
As a Sales Manager, you will oversee the development, coordination and direction of profitable sales within a specified region. You will lead a team of sales professionals, implement corporate initiatives, maintain supplier relationships, and grow Veritiv's customer base.
Conduct sales meetings, trainings, and account/pipeline reviews with sales group. Create a personal network and represent the organization at business sector events. Implement sales and marketing strategies to the team.
This position requires strong leadership and management skills, experience managing a team of 5-10 direct reports, and a strong understanding of distribution management.
