
Job description
We are seeking a Branch Manager to lead and manage our assigned branch, including supervision of all employees. The role requires a people-first mindset, responsibility for employee management, inventory and product management, and first-class customer service.
The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving operational excellence, best practices, and quality, safety, cost, and service. They will also ensure timely and effective action on sales lead opportunities, implement safety regulatory policies, and navigate an ERP system.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience with budgets and P&L, adjusting and pivoting along the lines of said budgets and overall financial management. They will also have the ability to develop employees into the next generation leaders and create and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
