HR Administration Specialist

We are seeking an HR Administration Specialist to join our dynamic team in Piove di Sacco (PD), Italy! The HR Admin Specialist supports the day-to-day activities of the Human Resources function, ensuring accurate management of documentation and administrative aspects, efficiency of processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle, and compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of previous experience in HR administrative roles
• Familiarity with HR systems/software and time and attendance tools
• Experience supporting payroll processes
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and discretion
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Knowledge of key HR processes
• Knowledge of Italian labor law
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
