Mechanical Engineer

The Sustaining Engineer is responsible for managing the Product Lifecycle for Switchgear design. The position requires 1-3+ years of experience in product design and a Bachelor’s degree in any relevant engineering field. Responsibilities include maintaining Switchgear design within Oracle Product Lifecycle Management, improving Design for Manufacturability, and providing design support for issues discovered during production.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience in product design
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant engineering field (Electrical Engineering preferred)
• 1-3+ years of experience in 3D modeling / 2D drafting
• Ability to create and troubleshoot control wiring diagrams
• Experience in Design for Manufacturability
• Excellent communications skills – written & verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
