Job Description
Vesta Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support their four apartment communities in San Antonio, TX. The role involves performing various maintenance tasks to ensure property standards, responding to resident requests, and maintaining property appearance. The position requires a team player capable of working independently and handling emergencies.
Requirements
- 2 or more years of related experience.
- Apartment community experience required.
- Working knowledge of and proven skilled ability to successfully repair and maintain drywall, lock change, and light electrical, carpentry, flooring, plumbing.
- HVAC strongly preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
