Management Accountant

Role Overview

As a Management Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of our Finance function within a high-growth organization. You will be responsible for producing timely and reliable monthly management reporting files, identifying and investigating variances, and taking the lead on various projects. You will also support and challenge business heads with the Group's Quarterly Strategic Review process and deliver information packs to auditors.

What You Will Do

Produce monthly management reporting files, investigate variances, lead on projects, update Excel-based reconciliations, support quarterly strategic review process, deliver information packs to auditors, prepare financial statements, and interpret and communicate financial data.

Requirements

• Strong commercial acumen and financial analysis skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong excel skills
• Experience of Microsoft ERP software
• Experience of working in an international business
• Fluency in English (verbal and written)
• Knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards)
• Experience in software or high-tech industry
