Job Description
Vestiaire Collective is a global platform for desirable pre-loved fashion. As a Data Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of Senior Data Engineers and drive the development of a robust, scalable, and future-ready data platform. You will be responsible for managing the team, owning data platform reliability and foundations, driving platform enablement and efficiency, enabling AI and future innovation, and contributing to technical direction.
Requirements
- Lead and grow a team of 2-3 senior Data Engineers
- Drive the reliability, scalability, and evolution of the core data infrastructure
- Define and enforce best practices around data quality, observability, and monitoring
- Lead initiatives to improve performance and optimize costs
- Partner with Analytics Engineers and Data Scientists to improve the platform's usability
- Define and support the infrastructure strategy for AI and ML use cases
- Guide architectural decisions and ensure pragmatic, maintainable solutions
