Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably within a warehouse environment
• Proven experience managing high-value inventory and managing internal customer
• Demonstrated success in process optimization and team development
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills
• Superior written and verbal communication, with an emphasis on professional correspondence and negotiation
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy
