
Job description
As a Business Process Consultant at Veteran Enhanced Technology Solutions (VETS), you will participate in internal projects, ensure service delivery excellence, and serve as a technical advisor for assigned technology solution areas. You will work closely with project managers to deliver projects on time and within scope, and lead customer workshops. You will also lead requirements gathering and management of development stories, and mentor other Business Analysts.
Deliver exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and customer service throughout discovery and implementation. Maintain current solution practice knowledge through self-study and utilization of available training. Lead customer workshops and requirements gathering and management of development stories.
This role requires technical expertise, leadership skills, and customer service skills. You will have the opportunity to work on internal projects, lead customer workshops, and mentor other Business Analysts. You will also have access to training and development opportunities to maintain your skills and knowledge.
