As a Senior Project Manager at Veteran Enhanced Technology Solutions (VETS), you will be responsible for leading internal projects, managing client relationships, and delivering exceptional project management and customer service. You will work on ServiceNow consulting and implementation services, navigating IT and business complexities to improve operational efficiency, transparency, and accountability.
Your responsibilities will include participating in internal projects, acting as the primary point of contact for clients, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional project management and customer service, and managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
