Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Non-Profit Management, Public Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of operations management experience, preferably in a non-profit setting
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Experience in grants management and financial compliance
