
Job description
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional support to existing and prospective customers. This role manages customer orders, responds to inquiries, coordinates shipments, resolves customer concerns, and works closely with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
Process customer orders, respond to customer inquiries, coordinate with sales teams, configure product quantities, handle warranty inquiries, and maintain accurate customer records.
Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills are required in a fast-paced environment. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workload demands, and experience handling customer complaints and difficult situations professionally.
