Vans: Floor Supervisor - Fair Oaks

As a passionate, fun and dedicated Floor Supervisor, you will ensure the highest level of customer engagement through sales results and supervise the store team at Vans in Fair Oaks, Virginia. You will foster a positive and inclusive work environment, provide sales-related feedback and coaching, and assist in coaching and supervision of the store team.

Requirements

• Ability to coach and motivate a team to excel at sales & profit results, meet business goals by driving results through the store team
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; will require weekends, evenings, and holidays
• 1+ years of experience in retail preferred but not required
• Proven communication skills, both written and verbal
• Solution oriented mindset and ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment
