
Job description
The Developer Tooling team is responsible for providing technical support for internal and external developers using the Genesys Cloud platform. We build tools to help support both our internal and external development teams. A successful software engineer for the Developer Tooling team at Genesys is one who is independent, organized, highly motivated to improve software and enjoys the creation of not only software, but the automation and operationalization that goes with it.
Day-to-day duties include, but are not limited to: Providing support and consulting for Genesys Cloud developers through our on-line support forums and in-person consultation with internal teams and customers. Designing and constructing development tools, SDKs, our Terraform provider and CLIs for our network of internal and external developers who use the Genesys Cloud platform to deliver call center and telephony solutions.
