Job description
We are seeking an experienced EUC Engineer to provide advanced technical support, design, and optimization of end-user computing environments. The role focuses on endpoint management, enterprise device lifecycle, and ensuring a seamless user experience across Windows and macOS platforms.
Provide EUC support for complex EUC incidents, service requests, and problem management, design, implement, and manage endpoint solutions using Microsoft Intune and Jamf, administer and troubleshoot Group Policies (GPOs) in enterprise environments, and perform advanced Windows OS troubleshooting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management, ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment, leadership mindset with mentoring capability, and experience in enterprise-scale environments (global support)
