Job Description
The Plant Controller is responsible for overseeing all financial activities for assigned manufacturing plants within a multi-site operating environment.
Requirements
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Lead the monthly close process for the plant
- Maintain and analyze standard costs and job costing
- Support capital project analysis, capitalization, and depreciation
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, and company policies
- Collaborate with other site controllers and corporate finance to drive consistency, transparency, and best practices across locations
- Provide financial insights to support pricing, sourcing, make/buy decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives
