Student & Young Adult Ministry Director

The Student & Young Adult Ministry Director will direct the spiritual growth of middle school, high school, and young adult ministries at Victory Church, leading weekly gatherings, discipleship programs, and events. They will recruit, train, and develop volunteer teams and leaders, manage social media and communication, and ensure the ministries operate consistently with the church's mission and guiding principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a ministry related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar ministry position, preferably in an equivalent or larger church size (500+ minimum)
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, including comfort with public speaking
• Presents with an enthusiastic, patient, friendly, and professional demeanor
• Trustworthy; able to anticipate needs and priorities independently; focuses on the tasks at hand and efficient follow-through
• Possess general proficiency with Mac applications, Church Community Builder, Basecamp, etc.
• Agree with and represent Victory Church’s Statement of Faith
